Tim Sullivan was one of the people I met at the informal FX workshop in 2018, and after having worked alongside him on "Storage" by Devin Dillon (another person I met there), he asked me if I could pick up make-up on the last day of his senior thesis film.
Since I was only on-set for an afternoon, my experience of "The Other Side" is pretty short; it just involved replicating Tim's bruise makeup done by the previous artists (made easier by the bruise wheel I got for Storage). However, I'm still grateful to have been able to work on a short as successful as this one's been so far.
